We are delighted to announce the acquisition of Di Rollo & Sons from Reno and Kevin Di Rollo by Syn3rgy Capital Limited starting February 2024. The business will now trade as Di Rollo Ice Cream (UK) Limited.

Reno and Kevin are the last in line of the Di Rollo family who were able to continue the legacy of their own grandfather Domenico. But don’t worry, while Reno is taking retirement after more than 50 years in the business, Kevin remains working with the new owners to help the operations to continue to run smoothly.

Simon Withers has been promoted to General Factory Manager, and Sean Ryan continues to support Simon making our delicious ice cream. Ben Aitken has moved to a full time position and will now support Kevin in the office carrying out finance and administration duties, along with his driving role.

Joining the business in new sales and marketing roles are Jack Evans (General Sales Manager) and Shaun Cumming as Marketing Consultant.

John and Robinder are excited to see the 125 year old business continue the legacy of the Di Rollo family.
